Our Click and Collect service gives you another great way to shop for your favourite products at L'OCCITANE. Simply order online and then choose a boutique to pick up your order. Your order will be available in store within 4 hours to 3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Browse our website to select your favourite products.

2. CHOOSE YOUR PICK UP BOUTIQUE

At checkout, choose Click & Collect as a delivery method and select your boutique. Your products will be available in store within 4 hours to 3 working days (subject to store availability).

3. COLLECT IN YOUR SELECTED BOUTIQUE

Once you receive our ready for collection notification, you can pick up your order at any time that suits you.

Can I pick-up my order in store ?

It’s very easy !  Once you have finished your purchases, we invite you to select the section “Billing & Delivery” where you will find the Click & Collect option. Enter your street, post code and city.  2 options are available : Within 4 hours : if the selected store has your products in stock. Within 2 to 3 working days : if the selected store does not have the products in stock to prepare your order.
