Join the refill revolution this National Refill Day and do your bit in the fight against plastic pollution. The campaign for National Refill Day urges consumers to reduce their single use plastic purchases and make the switch to more sustainable, refillable options to fight the waves of plastic pollution. Using eco-refills for your beauty and cosmetics products is an additional way we can all reduce plastic consumption and pollution on an enormous scale.
Reducing waste is a commitment at the core of L’OCCITANE, and a topic that is more prominent now more than ever. Over the last couple of years, we have made ambitious targets with regards to reducing our plastic consumption and we are well on track to achieve them. For example, by 2022, 100% of our bottles will be made from 100% recycled PET plastic.
Eco-Refills use 69% to 90% less plastic compared to our regular packaging.

Respect for the environment is at the heart of L’OCCITANE, that’s why we’ve partnered with TerraCycle® to provide a collection and recycling programme for our customers to be able to simply recycle their empties at any of the L’OCCITANE boutiques.
