Notice anything wrong with your order? Please note you have a 1 hour remorse period where you can cancel your order in your My Account area and re-order, or contact our customer Care team who would be happy to help.

*Click & Collect is available in as little as 2 hours - 6 working days depending on stock availability which you can check when adding your products to the basket. Please wait for the email confirmation once your order is wrapped and ready by the stores.

Gift Wrapping

We offer the opportunity to select between 3 gift wrap options at checkout, or if you prefer to save on packaging and reduce waste, you can leave unselected. You can also leave a gift message.

Classic Gift Box

Choose complimentary gift wrap option at no additional cost. Items will be sent packaged in a Provencal inspired gift box or L’OCCITANE gift bags, depending on the size of the items. Perfect for sending a gift directly. Please remember, once enclosed you will be unable to see the contents of the package.

Pre-boxed gifts cannot be gift wrapped.

Wrap it Yourself

Select to wrap & prepare your own gift - we will enclose gift bags in your order. The quantity of gift bags will be determined by your items.

Please note, some gifts are pre-boxed and not able to be re-packaged.

Drawstring Gift Bag

Made from 100% recycled cotton, this gift bag makes a sustainable choice ideal to be reused.and is a brilliant alternative to the usual gift box.

We have and will continue to reduce the amount of packaging we use:

• We provide paperless order invoices which you can view or choose to download or print from your My Account area on the website.

• We offer the option to add gift wrap & samples to your order that you want and would use rather than automatically adding unecessarily.

• The outer cardboard packaging that our online orders are delivered in, has a Carbon Neutral footprint and printed with eco-friendly water-based inks on 100% recyclable and biodegradable paperboard certified by FSC. It is plastic free and will Biodegrade in 3 months if you shred, soak & mix with soil & its microorganism friends will do the rest.
