Start running the water for your bath and pour two caps of foaming bath
under warm running water. Get into the bath and submerge yourself to your neck for around 10-20 minutes. Make sure that the bath is not too hot or too cold. If it's too hot, it may cause dizziness, and if it is too cold it will be uncomfortable and you might feel unwell. Once in the water, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and enjoy yourself.
